▶ Final Year Project, Software Engineering
Traffic simulator implementing Intelligent Driver Model in Python / Pygame. It enables changes of model parameters in real-time, adding obstacles and more!
▶ Mechatronics
Design and construction of a moving robot with an arm which could be capable of grabbing pens and other objects of similar sizes. Moreover, the robot had to be able to draw circles on a drawing board.
▶ Systems Design and Security
This group project required students to create a Java Swing application suitable for running a bicycle shop. It had to account for different user types and their permissions.
▶ ACS330 Group Project - Siemens
Development of a Discrete Event Simulation Factory Twin, which utilises live Industrial IoT data captured from the Festo Cyber-Physical Lab. The focus lies on the CP Lab, an Industry 4.0 demonstration setup located in the University of Sheffield MindSphere space that manufactures a basic plastic case representing a mobile phone case or similar.
▶ Systems and Software Engineering
Battleships game was created as a final project for the Systems Engineering and Software module. The game is written in C and uses many important concepts of this language.
▶ Global Engineering Challenge
Students from different engineering backgrounds cooperated to tackle real-life engineering problems in order to improve their soft skills as well as apply technical thinking in practice.
